My subject matter emerges from my curiosity of the intricate details of the body that are created by the passage of time and experience. Instead of conveying emotion through the eyes of the figure, it is evoked through the texture and movement of the flesh itself. By placing an emphasis on the movement, texture, and shades of the skin, it evolves into something more than just flesh on bone.
